Aging

Description

Regardless of how well people care for their bodies, the organ systems which sustain life eventually begin to wear out through a process called aging. The timing of this process involves many factors - such as genetics, lifestyle, and disease.

Most often, a person’s lifespan is dictated by genetic factors. Lifestyle can either better or harm these odds. If people abuse their bodies through alcohol abuse, Smoking, and a poor diet, they will be more likely to experience the effects of aging prematurely. Diseases also affect the rate at which a person ages.

Physically, the aging process brings a deterioration of everything related to the body. The Skin loses elasticity, eye lenses lose focus, bones weaken, muscles become less bulky, organs become tired, the Immune System weakens, and many other events occur. This is a natural and unavoidable process.
